SAF Command is an internal business intelligence tool that connects to third-party advertising, e-commerce, and fulfillment platforms to provide operational insights. Access is restricted to authorized Scent-A-Filter personnel only.
All orders placed through scentafilter.com or wholesale.scentafilter.com are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Subscription orders recur at the frequency you select at checkout. You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account at account.scentafilter.com or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle.
We ship via standard carriers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Contact support@scentafilter.com to initiate a return.
Wholesale pricing and terms are available through wholesale.scentafilter.com. Wholesale accounts are subject to separate wholesale terms and pricing agreements. We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications.
SAF Command integrates with third-party services including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, ShipHero, and others. Use of data obtained through these integrations is governed by the respective platform's terms of service and API policies. We access only the data necessary to provide business intelligence functionality.
Our use of Google API services complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. We use Google Ads data solely to display advertising performance metrics within SAF Command for authorized users.
All content on our websites, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Scent-A-Filter LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Participation in our affiliate program is subject to separate affiliate terms. We reserve the right to modify commission structures, approve or deny affiliates, and terminate affiliate relationships at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
